Kielbasa (Polish Sausage)

Garlic-seasoned, smoked sausage made from coursely ground lean pork with beef added.

Italian Sausage

This legendary pizza topping also comes in ample links. Typically flavored with garlic and fennel or anise seed. Choose hot (flavored with hot, red peppers) or sweet (no peppers).

Chorizo

Highly-seasoned, coursely ground pork sausage flavored with garlic, chili powder and other spices. One-inch links are the size of hot dogs.

Bratwurst

A German sausage made of pork and veal and seasoned with ginger, nutmeg and coriander or caraway. Must be well cooked before eating.


Cooking tips:

  • Poach sausage links on stovetop in beer or water to make grilling easier.
  • Never poke holes or cut sausage. It allows the juices to escape resulting in a less flavorful, dry link.
  • Grill links over a low flame to prevent casing from burning.
