You may check the status of an order, or track a package shipped with UPS.

And provide at least one of the following:

You will need the 8 digit order number printed on the order form provided by your sales representative. If an email address was provided, you will also find your order number in your email order confirmation.

Find you order number in the upper left corner of your order form

If you don't know your order number, you may call CUTCO Customer Service at 1-800-828-0448, M-F 8 a.m. - Midnight, Saturday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. ET.

Experiencing problems or have questions? Contact us and we'll research your order and reply via email (typically same day response but no later than within 24 hours).
