    1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

    2. The sponsor of this promotion is Cutco Corporation(herein called Cutco) having an address of 1116 East State St., Olean, NY 14760.

    3. Contest is open to entrants who are legal residents of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. Void outside of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, have Internet access. Employees (including their immediate family and members of their household) and commission eligible sales representatives/independent contractors of Vector Marketing, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including any consultants to Vector Marketing are not eligible to participate.

    4. The start date for the promotion begins at 7pm, ET on January, 24, 2016 and ends at 8 pm, ET on February 6, 2016. Drawing will be held on Febuary 7, 2016.

    5. There will be one Cutco Kitchen Classics Set in Gift Box awarded to 1 winner. The winner will be picked at random.

    6. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

    7. If the selected winner is unable to accept the registered Cutco items for any reason, then the winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected.

    8. To enter participants must like Cutco’s Instagram page and then comment and tag two friends on posts using #TouchdownTastings hashtag. Only 1 entry allowed per valid person per Instagram post.

    9. Participants may not tag the same friends in multiple posts.

    10. Participants must still be following Cutco at the close of the contest on Saturday, February 6, at 8 p.m.

    11. Cutco is not responsible for electronic failures of any kind (telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures). Entries that are automatically generated by a script, macro, or any similar means or otherwise not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified. Cutco shall reserve the right to determine if an entry is not in compliance.

    12. By entering the promotion, eligible participants agree to abide by all promotion rules. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Cutco Corporation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, independent representatives, employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising and promotion agencies from any liability arising from or related to the promotion, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

    13. The winner will be determined by a random drawing from among all eligible entries on February 7, 2016. The drawing will be conducted at Cutco corporate offices located at 1116 East State St in Olean, NY, with the winning entries randomly drawn. All results of the drawing are final and binding.

    14. After the winners are selected, Cutco will send the winner an direct message with instructions how to claim their prize. The winner will need to reply via email, confirming that they have received the winning announcement. Winners must respond to the message confirming they entered and received the winning announcement via the email address they provided on the entry form. Their response is required within 10 days of the date Cutco sent the winner announcement message. If no reply message is received after 10 days a new winner will be selected.

    15. Attempts to notify the winner will only be made by email. Cutco is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, or undelivered mail.

    16. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes and any costs incurred to claim the prizes. Winner is responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after is delivered.

    17. Cutco is not responsible in any way for any injury, loss or damage which occurs as a result of opinions or information provided in comments posted on Cutco’s Instagram content with the intention of entering this contest.

    19. By entering this promotion, winning participants will consent to the use of their name, image and related data for promotional purpose without reimbursement, except where prohibited by law.     20. Cutco reserves the right to terminate the promotion or modify these rules for any reason or as required by law. Cutco reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules or unfairly tampered with any aspect of this promotion.
