2. Have you received a catalog or an email from us?
If yes, select Yes for CUTCO Owner
If no, Do you currently own Cutco?
 - If the customer owns any Cutco - continue as an owner
 - If the customer does not own, refer to a local sales rep office -(if a customer ask why) Cutco sales rep are independent contractors who occasionally offer sales/promotions for first time Cutco customer that we cannot offer.
 - If the customer refuses the local office sales rep referral continue as a non-owner with Full Retail Pricing. (please note this in the special comments at the end of the call - "Customer refused rep referral")
3. On the back of your catalog (or in your email) there should be a customer number and a key code; could you please read those to me?
Customer # - always 8 digits - usually begins with A - CANNOT START WITH 'T'

 - Expiration date on sale catalogs is located on back cover of catalog.
 - You do not need a key code to continue but if the customer provides you one, please enter it
