Whenever I think of zucchini, I think of zucchini bread. It’s the recipe everyone seems to think of for using up the over-abundance of zucchini this time of year. But, searching through our archives, we’ve found at least nine things to make with zucchini other than bread.
Before we dive into the recipes, let’s talk about what knives are good for preparing zucchini. The 9-1/4" French Chef knife is great for slicing large zucchinis lengthwise.
