Pineapple Salsa

- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup diced red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- juice of 1 large lime
- salt, to taste
- dash of cumin
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Using the Butcher Knife clean and cut pineapple into strips. Using a chef’s knife, dice pineapple so you have very small chunks.
- Clean then dice red pepper using the paring knife or Trimmer.
- In a medium bowl, combine ingredients. Stir well. Season with salt, to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
