Garlic Parmesan Knots

- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 16 ounce tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (do not use flaky biscuits)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Whisk together butter, cheese, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and salt.
- Using Super Shears or Pizza Cutter, cut each biscuit in half. Roll each half into a 5 inch rope and tie into a knot, tucking in the ends.
- Place knots on baking sheet and brush each one with the butter mixture, using about half of the mix.
- Bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Brush with remaining butter mixture. Serve immediately.
