Marianne Brand is the Director of Food and Beverage Education at New York Kitchen in Canandaigua, a center that showcases New York state's agriculture through cooking classes, beverage pairings and other programs. Marianne is a self-taught chef who has been in and out of the food and hospitality industry for most of her life. She opened her own café/restaurant in central New York that was listed by the NY Times as one of their favorite restaurants in the Finger Lakes region.
