You may check the status of your recent order, or track a package that has shipped via UPS.
You will need your eight-digit order number. This number is printed on the order form provided by your sales representative. If an email address was provided, you will also find your order number in your email order confirmation.
If you do not know your order number, you may call CUTCO Customer Service at 1-800-828-0448, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - Midnight, Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00p.m. ET.
