Strawberry, Raspberry and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Toppings:

  • Sliced strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Place the milk, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt, avocado and maple syrup into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes, cover, and process until smooth. Add more ice if you need to thicken the smoothie.
  2. Divide mixture between 2 serving bowls. Add toppings and serve.
