Mom's Rice Pudding

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 5 beaten eggs
  • 1 quart of milk (I used whole milk)


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the Cutco Mix-Stir. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Pour into a large casserole and place in a roasting pan. Add water until it comes halfway up the dish.
  3. Bake 1 1/2 hours in a 350°F oven. Cool and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm or cold.
