Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, rough chopped
 - 1 cup fresh baby kale/spinach leaves without stems (I prefer the baby leaves)
 - 1/2 cup olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
 - Juice from half a lemon
 - 4 roasted garlic cloves
 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and pepper
 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
 
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in your blender or food processor.
 - Blend until smooth.
 - Taste and adjust the seasoning.
