Red, White and Blue Wine Slushies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups moscato wine
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries

Directions

  1. In a blender, process 3/4 cup of wine and the raspberries until slushy. Spoon evenly into 3 glasses, 1/3 third full each.
  2. Rinse blender. Blend 3/4 cup of wine and the ice cubes until slushy. Spoon evenly into glasses, to create another 1/3 layer.
  3. For the final layer, blend 3/4 cup of wine and the blueberries until slushy. Spoon evenly into glasses.
  4. Serve immediately or place in freezer until ready to serve.
  5. Note: To prevent the layers from starting to melt, place glasses in the freezer while preparing the next layer.
