Lasagna Rollups

Ingredients

  • 20 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 24 ounces Kay’s Sugo Tomato Sauce (or jarred spaghetti sauce)
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Romano cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook noodles according to package. Spread each noodle with sauce and then layer with mozzarella, Romano and Parmesan cheeses. Roll up noodles and place seam side down on baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with remaining sauce and top with remaining cheeses.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and roll ups are heated through.
