Easy Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces light cream cheese, room temperature
  • 5 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup peeled and diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 onion, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
  3. Serve with whole-wheat crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies.
