Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 bananas (2 frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 8 tablespoons carob powder or 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 pitted dates
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chopped dark chocolate
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Blend milk, frozen bananas, peanut butter, carob powder or cocoa powder and dates until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 bowls and top with sliced bananas, coconut, chopped chocolate, peanuts and sesame seeds.
