CUTCO Cafe - Guidelines for writing comments

These terms are exclusively for the CUTCO Café and they override any conflicting statements posted in the CUTCO Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use apply when submitting CUTCO Café Customer Stories. Your adherence to these Terms of Use is a factor, but not the only factor, which determines whether your submission will or will not be used or posted.

When submitting any content to the CUTCO Café, you pledge and understand that:

you relinquish all "moral and legal rights" to the submitted story or content and agree that it becomes the property of Vector Marketing Corporation
you are the sole creator and author of all submissions
you understand that the content may or may not be: used, published, or posted in any media owned by Vector Marketing Corporation or any of its subsidiaries
any content or portion of content you provide may be changed, altered or modified before posting or used in any manner at the sole discretion of Vector Marketing Corporation (such as but not limited to spelling and grammatical changes)
the content you provide does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any individual or entity;
you are at least 18 years old

You further agree not to knowingly provide any content:

that is known by you to be inaccurate or deceptive;
that infringes copyrights, patents, trademarks, of any third party
that is proprietary to any entity;
that violates any ordinances, laws, decrees, or regulations
that is, or could be considered, derogatory, slanderous, hateful, racially or religiously offensive, to any individual or entity
for which you were paid or granted any award, prize or gift
that includes any information that references third party web pages, or email addresses, the private or personal contact information of any other person
that includes any electronic viruses, worms or other potentially harmful computer programs/files

You agree that Vector Marketing Corporation and any subsidiaries, subsidiaries' officers, directors, agents, employees, independent contractors and third-party service providers, are harmless from all actual and consequential claims, damages, demands, of every kind. This also includes any known and unknown repercussions including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and agreements set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any story or content that you provide (in its entirety or any portion), you allow Vector Marketing Corporation unlimited, ongoing transferable rights to license, copy, modify, delete, use, change, publish, promote, translate, create alternative works from and/or distribute/or sell such content and/or incorporate the content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation and completely royalty-free.

Any content submitted may or may not be used, completely at Vector Marketing Corporation's sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, deny, reduce and delete submitted content before posting on the any company website. Once you click "Submit Your Story" you will have the ability to edit or delete (they don't have the ability to delete their submission) any content you have submitted. Vector Marketing Corporation reserves the right to not post any submission for any reason.

By submitting your email address in connection with your comments, you agree that Vector Marketing Corporation may use your email address to contact you about your submission and for other administrative purposes. If your submission is posted, Vector Marketing Corporation will not post your email address.
