Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese 8 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chives, oregano, and basil, chopped (Use ¼ teaspoon dried) 1 tablespoon butter 1/4 cup cream cheese, cut into small cubes - salt and pepper to taste
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in herbs.
2. Melt butter IN a large nonstick skillet OVER medium heat. ADD egg mixture. USING a spatula, stir frequently.
3. WHEN eggs BEGIN TO SET, ADD cream cheese. CONTINUE TO stir UNTIL cream cheese IS melted AND eggs are SET.
