Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chives, oregano, and basil, chopped (Use ¼ teaspoon dried)
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup cream cheese, cut into small cubes
- salt and pepper to taste

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in herbs.

2. Melt butter IN a large nonstick skillet OVER medium heat. ADD egg mixture. USING a spatula, stir frequently.

3. WHEN eggs BEGIN TO SET, ADD cream cheese. CONTINUE TO stir UNTIL cream cheese IS melted AND eggs are SET.

4. Salt AND pepper TO taste. Serve immediately.
