HOW TO CARVE CROWN ROAST |

| 1. |
Place roast on platter and insert Carving Fork in side between two ribs. |
| 2. |
Using the Carving Knife, slice down between the ribs, removing one rib at a time. |
| 3. |
If there is stuffing in the center of the crown, it may be carved along with the meat or removed with a spoon for serving, depending on its consistency. |
