Bird's Beak Knife

“My newest purchase is the "birds beak" and I absolutely love it. I cut up oranges and grapefruit and other fruits and use m birds beak. I do 5 or 6 grapefruit at a time. I score them with the beak and peel them then I segment all of them for later eating. All I have to do then is "eat." No messing around with skin or anything. The beak goes right into the segment of the grapefruit and cuts my work time in half. I absolutely found a gold mine in this knife.”
