This knife is fantastic.
This knife is fantastic. You truly can cut through a loaf of bread without squishing it or it tearing all apart. It cuts smooth as butter. I also use this knife to cut cheese for parties. It is so easy to get through and will not harm the knife. Absolutely love it.

Grasp the handle of the Slicer between your thumb and forefinger, allowing your fingers to follow the curve of the handle. Place the part of the blade closest to the handle on the food to be sliced. Draw the knife toward you with a long, sweeping stroke while exerting gentle downward pressure. For best results and smooth even slices, do not use short, sawing motions.
Slice cake, warm bread, triple-decker sandwiches; slice rolled roasts, prime rib, ham; shred cabbage and lettuce.
