Forever Replacement Service Agreement For Misuse Or Abuse
Should you damage your CUTCO through misuse or abuse, we will replace the item for one half of the current retail price plus shipping/handling and tax.
*Many customers can have their straight-edged knives sharpened for free in their homes by independent sales representatives. There is a nominal return shipping fee for factory sharpening of $6 to $9 depending on the quantity of pieces shipped.
