To Use:
Low-moisture method for meat preparation: Pre-heat pan on medium-high heat, then sprinkle some water into the pan, when the water dances or sizzles across the bottom, the pan is ready. Depending on the quality, size and tenderness of the cut you may need to add a small amount of shortening or oil. For cake preparation: grease pan and place over very low heat. Use with cover for even heat distribution, just like in your oven.
