Shipping/Handling fees include Packaging, Postage, Shipping and Insurance. Each CUTCO item is individually hand wrapped and packaged.

How long before I receive my order?
Allow up to two weeks for regular delivery. Allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery of engraved and monogrammed orders, including Next Day and 2nd Day Delivery orders.

How are Shipping/Handling fees determined

- UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Delivery:
Street address required. No PO Boxes please.
All express delivery orders (2nd Day and Next Day Delivery) are shipped and delivered via UPS on business days only (Monday-Friday). Express orders placed before 11 a.m. ET will ship the same day*.
*Engraved and monogrammed orders require an additional 5-7 business days.

Choose Regular rates for standard shipment. For faster delivery, use Expedited
rates.
