CUTCO Celebrates its 60th Anniversary at Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

As Epcot® celebrates culinary adventures during its 14th Annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival in Orlando, Fla., Sept. 25 through Nov. 8, CUTCO® will be celebrating its 60th anniversary at the theme park.
The festival is all about the sights, sounds, tastes and smells that the culinary world has to offer, and CUTCO hopes to serve up all of those senses to visitors at the Festival Welcome Center.
While taking in the sights of the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, visitors can stop by the CUTCO booth at the Welcome Center to see CUTCO’s new Santoku-Style knives, which were introduced this summer. The three new knives – a cheese knife, utility knife and paring knife – are all designed in the style of the popular Santoku knife.
Columbus Day weekend CUTCO offers up the tastes and aromas of cooking demonstrations from CUTCO Culinary Advisory Board member Chef Fritz Sonnenschmidt, CMC. Chef Sonnenschmidt will be demonstrating a recipe from his new cookbook, Charcuterie: Sausages/Pates/Accompaniments. Chef Sonnenschmidt will be conducting CUTCO-sponsored cooking demonstrations at the Festival Welcome Center on Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11.
Visitors will also spot CUTCO products in use at festival cooking stages.
